I had a problem with it just after I bought it… after 30km it threw an error… luckily the seller communicated well, sent me a new controller and the problem was solved. Some kind of factory defect. The bike itself is great – big, but very comfortable to ride on any surface. I get to and from work without getting stuck in traffic jams, and that’s what I like best, apart from riding in the countryside.
