How long does shipping take and where are orders dispatched from?

All in-stock e-bikes and accessories are dispatched directly from our European Union warehouses in Poland and Germany. Delivery across Europe takes only 3 to 7 business days via insured express couriers (DPD, GLS, DHL) straight to your door. There are zero customs duties, tariffs, or import fees for EU destinations.

How does the 1-year warranty work?

Every e-bike includes an official 12-month manufacturer warranty covering the frame, motor, controller, LCD screen, and battery pack. Do I need a driver's license or vehicle registration to ride?

Models operated in standard European pedal-assist mode (up to 250W and 25 km/h) require no driver’s license, registration, or vehicle tax.
