We can sell bikes and parts. For warranty, please contact the shop where you bought the bike, unless you bought it from our EU warehouse via ridstar.eu.

If you buy bikes from third countries and obscure shops, you run the risk of not getting a bike at all, or, once you get your bike, of not getting any service if it breaks down.
For RIDSTAR bikes we can offer all spare parts and accessories.
In cooperation with other bicycle manufacturers in China, we can also offer bicycles and parts from other manufacturers at low prices.
