X20 arrived mostly assembled. instructions pretty bad seemed like they for a different bike but have put enough together to know what to do. missing a couple screws and a Allen key would have been nice. brakes and gears are great very nice quality. bike is actually a very nice size for a tall adult. has indicators, headlight and brake light. motor has 5 speed ranges so nice customisations for different areas. can handle pretty soft sand and suspension is great. no complaints really. wish the computer didn’t lose its memory when removing the battery. key on the battery to lock it in is very hard to get lined up, key also doesn’t cut power at all like other bikes I have had. battery is just always onbwhich is a concern when leaving it unattended.
